Penalty and overtime rates
This award publishes no penalty rate table. The Fair Work Commission publishes no percentage for Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, overtime or evening work under this award — not a reduced set, none at all.
That is what the award publishes, not a gap in what we hold. Awards are written differently from one another, and where the Commission publishes a table of percentages these pages show it in full. For this award there is no such table to show. The award's own clauses still govern the hours worked under it, and these pages do not reproduce clause text.
What this page does not tell you
It shows published minimum rates. It does not say what you were actually paid, whether your classification is the right one for your duties, how many hours you worked, or whether allowances apply to you.
Classification depends on the duties you perform, not your job title. If the work you do does not match the classification you were told, the rate on this page is not the one to compare against.
